Render an MPEG-4 BIFS scene into a <canvas>

MPEG-4 BIFS (Binary Format for Scenes, ISO/IEC 14496-11) is the scene description of MPEG-4: a scene graph of 2D and 3D nodes, animated and interactive, that a player composes rather than decodes. This demo takes the textual form of it - BT syntax - and hands it to btplay_1, GPAC's scene loader, which builds the graph the compositor then draws straight into the canvas. There is no video track here at all: what you see is composed on the spot from a 1 Ko text file.
